Ignacio de Mendizabal

Ignacio has spent more than a decade building and reviewing electronics. Before founding Spectral Electronics in A Coruña, he was the EMC specialist at DENPAFLUX in Munich, reviewing over 500 hardware designs to catch EMC problems while they were still cheap to fix, and later co-founded the company and ran its operations

Across aerospace, automotive, high-power and industrial projects, he has handled certifications end to end and designed products, always with compliance in mind. That work was delivered the way he still works: written reports, simulations and bench testing, with the reasoning behind every recommendation spelled out. Alongside client work he created guides, articles and webinars that teach design teams how to keep certification problems out of their products from the start

Spectral Electronics puts that experience directly inside client projects. Every engagement is led by Ignacio personally: he owns the architecture and the certification path, and brings in the specialists each product needs, directing them as one team. Direct engineering, written deliverables, and a certification path protected from the first architecture decision
